Samsung Galaxy Buds Live And Buds+. Everything You Need To Know
Samsung Galaxy Buds Live and Buds+ these tiny bean-shaped are Samsung’s newest fully wireless earbuds and in my opinion these are not an update to the galaxy buds but rather an entirely new and distinct kind of earbuds for individuals who want a completely different design and fit so I’m going to go over what exactly is the difference between the live buds and the plus buds. We will also review the features and benefits they each offer and the market value available. You may want to pick up a pair of these earbuds for yourself, so I’ll have some links in the review below so that you can get these buds at the best prices.
Samsung Galaxy Buds Live & Buds+ designed to tune in to every moment
The biggest difference between these two earbuds is that the galaxy buds live altogether new and literally redesigned wireless earbuds that we’ve seen in a while and with a bean-shaped design and a kind of rounded curvy structure that actually more closely resembles an ear’s natural shape, while the buds+ are obviously the more conventional in-ear design with a rubber tip that sits deep inside your ear canal. All are lightweight fine plastic with a glossy shiny polished finish that I believe makes them look a lot better quality than they really are, but obviously I think the buds live much more shiny polished material all around that really makes them stand out in your ears particularly.
Samsung Galaxy Buds Live & Buds+ Features:
Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Galaxy Buds Live are compatible with phones and tablets with at least 1.5 GB of RAM or more running Android OS 5.0 and higher. They are also compatible with iPhone 7 or later models running iOS 10 and later, and are integrated with QI-wireless charging and Wireless PowerShare, enabling USB and wireless charging. To track the remaining battery level, you can use the Galaxy Wearable app and even use certain phone models to charge them wirelessly.
With Galaxy Buds+ you will get 11 hours of music time in each buds without any issue and the cool part is it charges real quick, with 30 mins of charge you can easily finish a movie. However, with Galaxy Buds Live you would get 22 hours of play time if noise cancelling feature is turned off and if you use one of these earbuds with noise cancelling feature enabled, then the battery life will decrease by an hour or two with each one, so keep that in mind.
As far as the speakers and microphones functionality are concern the buds live simply offer a subtle and basic form of noise cancellation while the buds+ offer a true sealed off sound and more obvious and extreme active noise cancellation and both earbuds do have those touch and tap controls a single tap will play and pause music, a double tap skips a track and there are some other customization options you can adjust to have them do different things and you can make some adjustments on both using the app to find the profile that works for you but in general when comparing the regular listening modes on both buds with the same songs we found the buds live sound better all around when compared to the buds+.
The buds live has a deeper, larger sound built with two-way dual dynamic speakers for a louder, smoother, crisper bass sound, and I think a very big and balanced sound profile. Although the buds+ still sound pretty and have 12mm speakers for an impressive sound output, the improvements made to the buds live by Samsung will be perceivable to many sound-conscious persons who are really looking for an enhancement to their listening experience and given the fact that the new buds live have a larger drive and new bass duct, I believe those sound improvements were expected.
The Galaxy Buds+ and Galaxy Buds Live are not waterproof. You should avoid getting the earbuds wet because they could become damaged. Both Buds come in a huge variety of colors, with Mystic White, Mystic Black and a particularly gorgeous Mystic Copper available for the Buds Live. In a broader variety of hues, including white, red, black, Cloud Blue, and Aura Blue, the Buds+ come. Here, it’s a matter of preference-the colors of the Buds Plus are more fun, while the color options of the Buds Live exhibit a more premium look. The Buds+ are the way to go, if you want the absolute inexpensive buds out of the two. But as we provided details throughout, the superior design and sound quality of the Buds Live could be worth the premium for some.
